This 75-minute session includes somatic breathwork, a soothing guided meditation, and sound therapy enhanced by a sacred light language vocal transmission. This combination helps release unwanted energy and reconnects you with your most divine self. Experience a deeply transformative healing journey through sound and light language. During the session, I use frosted crystal singing bowls, a gong, a Shamanic drum, and other beautiful sound healing instruments. What is Light Language?
