Join me for a grounding and deeply relaxing somatic and sound journey experience using all the 5 senses..

Reconnecting to your true essense, I will gently guide you through the evening using calming essential oilsto awaken the senses, somatic breathwork to bring your nervous system back to balance, a visualisation meditation to connect you to your higher self, gentle stretching to release any stress and tension in the body, and a transformative sound therapy session to promote deep relaxation, encourage emotional release and also overall wellbeing. 

Connecting you back to your breath, body and senses.

We will also end with a closing circle if you feel called to express and share any insights or feelings you experienced during the session.
