I will gently guide you through a short breathwork and bodyscan then into a deep but very calming sound journey with my stunning crystalline singing bowls, voice and other healing sound tools that I use.

You will leave the session feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to your true self and everything around you.

Everything at the studio is provided, just bring a bottle of water with you and your journal!

You can also bring your crystals with you to charge in the space..
