Reiki infused Crystalline Sound Journey & Cacao

Let me take you on a blissful healing journey with the help of Reiki, Ceremonial Cacao and Sound therapy.. I will gently guide you through a short breathwork and bodyscan then into a deep but very calming sound journey with my stunning crystalline singing bowls, voice and other healing sound tools that I use. I also will end the session with a mini calming essential oil massage. You will leave the session feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to your true self and everything around you. Everything at the studio is provided, just bring a bottle of water with you and your journal! And you can also bring your crystals to charge in the space. Please come wearing comfortable clothing.

This will be a regular session and will be held monthly at the beautiful A Space To Breathe Studio in Cockfosters next to Coco's hairdressers.
