Awakening The Light Within, A Winter Solstice Day Retreat

Join Riyana and I for a transformative Winter Solstice retreat at the beautiful Berry farm held in a cosy Cotswolds styled barn.

We will be honoring the longest night of the year and most importantly awakening the light within us.

The day begins with a calming tea ceremony that fosters mindfulness and connection, followed by a restorative yoga session led by Riyana that's designed to cultivate relaxation and mindfulness.

After yoga, enjoy a freshly made nourishing lunch platter featuring seasonal foods that replenish your energy.

In the afternoon, immerse yourself in a creative Yule-inspired workshop that sparks inspiration, culminating in a relaxing Sound Therapy session and guided meditation to connect you to your inner light.

We will conclude our day with a heartfelt closing circle and fire ceremony, reflecting on our experiences and setting intentions for the new year ahead. Embrace this special day of renewal, nourishment, and community.
